Allplan 2009 Allfa impresses with new web modules for workflow, administration and cleaning management. Allfa Process can be used to map individual workflows in Allfa. Together with the dynamic database fields and reporting tools from the Active Reports module, it optimizes the flexibility and performance of Allfa. An improved CAD connection simplifies data transfer. PDF output from Allfa Graphics facilitates communication with service providers, and IFC opens up new ways of importing alphanumeric data. These innovations and the ongoing improvements to existing tools result in significant increases in performance for facility management.
User-friendly Clean- ing Management
Allfa Clean Management is a new module for cleaning administration and maintenance within Allfa TT. Here, you classify areas with different cleaning requirements. For the creation of bills of quantities, you can evaluate your information and then transfer it easily to MS Excel. You also transfer your offers back to Allfa using Excel. This allows the area-related management of several cleaning contracts can be carried out with ease. A comprehensive analysis of cleaning costs aids you in optimizing your operational expenses.
Complex Processes under Control
The new workflow module Allfa Process makes it possible to map simple release processes right through to complex internal procedures. As a result, operations are clearly documented and can be tracked, ensuring quality. Task lists and status reports support you in these tasks. A company-specific workflow enables you to either use predefined processes or define your own. Allfa Process runs as a web application and offers a comprehensive user concept. It is therefore ideal for use in maintenance, service or the hotline. With the help of Allfa Process, you can, for example make service inquiries available via a website.
Smooth Data Exchange with IFC
In Allfa 2009, the Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) file format for import is now supported. IFC is the new data standard for the construction industry. It has proven its worth in the CAD world and is now increasingly making inroads in the area of facility management. With the IFC interface, you can ensure smooth collaboration in the construction network. The import of alphanumeric data and structures such as property, buildings, rooms and equipment is possible in IFC in accordance with German construction guidelines for buildings.
PDF Output and Archiving with Allfa
For efficient communication, you can generate PDF files directly from Allfa with the help of the Graphics module. You can therefore provide your business partners with graphical and alphanumeric information in an uncomplicated, targeted manner. Objects are displayed; plans are forwarded easily and securely as PDF files. Layers are also supported. Information such as use, room assignment or inventory numbers can be hidden and shown interactively. As a result, you can determine which information the recipient sees.
Paper archives are now a thing of the past, because for archiving purposes a PDF-A format can be generated from Allfa.
Its ISO standardization ensures readability over many years. As a result, you can export important document information in a compressed, version-secure form.
Coordinate CAD and FM Perfectly
New functions in the Allfa Graphics module such as the measuring of lengths and areas or the interactive display of object information during a placing operation (inclusion of an object in the plan) simplify and accelerate coordination between CAD and Facility Management. Tasks such as the positioning of floor plans in overview drawings, legend displays or plan header management are further optimized.
Management via Web
The new administration module improves the management of user rights and licenses. Administrative tasks are now fully integrated in the new web interface. The connection of LDAP accounts also simplifies user administration. New setup routines and the provision of Allfa as an individual MSI package make installation easier.
